I just read that in 1984, the Chicago Bulls drafted two amateur superstars. With the 3rd pick in the draft they took that fellow from the University of North Carolina, Michael Jordan. But according to the Wikipedia page, they took with the 208th overall selection, Carl Lewis. Yes, that Carl Lewis. Maybe it’s common knowledge, but I wasn’t aware of the pick.
