					<description>Well, the open letter does point out that there is an ongoing lawsuit between Jackson and New Line over the accounting on previous films.  From a business standpoint it makes sense for New Line to cut ties with Jackson.  From a creative and artistic standpoint it is likely a bad move.</description>
